This release is dedicated to the memories of original Insanity band members Joe DeZuniga who died of a heart virus in 1987 and Bud Mills who died from cancer in 2007. They will always be a part of Insanity and their spirit will always live on through Insanity music. Chronicles of the Cursed is also dedicated to former drummer Prakash Sharma who was crippled in an auto accident in 2000 and has not been able to play drums since. To this day he still suffers from extreme pain due to the damage in his spine.

about

INSANITY San Francisco, California

Formed in 1985, Bay Area band Insanity were instrumental in metal's evolution from thrash to death metal. Not only did they crank thrash up to frenzied warp speeds, they also displayed chops well ahead of their time. Insanity were legendary worldwide in the '80s metal tape trading circuit, with members of Carcass and Napalm Death citing them as an influence.
